The family lives on the ground-floor, the guests-rooms are on the first floor. There are 4 Double-rooms. Three of them are situated next to each other at the balcony . Here you can see the sunset over the bay of Lopud. The 4th room is at the back side with a view over gardens to the mountain. Every room has air-conditioning and  it's own small refrigerator and satellite television. Over the large terrace you can go by stairs to the terrace on the first floor, here also is the entrance for the guests.

At the family "Jovic" you can feel free. You live her central, about 200 meters from the boulevard and not yet a quarter of an hour walk from bay "Sunj" where you can enjoy the sun and the sea. A part of this beach is for nudism. On this beach there are  2 terraces where one can sit for a snack or a drink.

The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with flowers, vegetables en fruits. Here you can enjoy the several colours. The tomato's paprika, unions and the several grapes are a joy for eye and mouth.

On the first floor is a nice and cheerful terrace with a beautiful view
